Childcare at EACR 2027

Free onsite childcare will be available to participants at EACR 2027.

The childcare will be available onsite at the convention centre with a range of toys and activities appropriate to the age of the children.

Important note: Please note that for safety and insurance reasons children are not permitted anywhere in the venue outside of the designated childcare area, aside from travelling directly to and from it.

Pre-booking is required and reservations for childcare can be made through the online booking tool from early May 2027 onwards.

Please note:

• You must have registered and paid for the Congress to book a childcare slot.
• There are limited places available and childcare places will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
• Your booking will be made directly with our contracted childcare provider and not with the EACR.
